Amazing food! Tastes like chicago deep dish! Service was comforting and kind! Will make trip just to come here!
Thought I was in Chicago! The food was amazing, spectacular service. One man show and he ran the entire place smoothly. Good music, and friendly owner. Never had to ask for refills, he noticed everything and quickly came to us with exactly what we needed. I would absolutely stop by here if you're in the mood for some yummy pizza!!!!
My first time having Chicago Style Pizza. I was drawn to this place because of the comments and high reviews. The pizza is very decadent and very hearty. If you are a big eater like myself, you will only need two slices. The one staff greeted us and was very attentive. The complimentary garlic knots with marinera sauce were delicious. Its a small place but the ambiance is great. The place is full of lots of chicago sport memorabilia. Over all great experience.
I grew up in Chicago & this is the closest thing to Chicago stuffed pizza I've found. Two slices & I'm stuffed more than the pizza. The thin crust is amazing as well so if you're a pizza lover, you have to try this place! Clean, casual ambiance, & the service always has a smile on their face! Go get some!
Legit Chicago style pizza + they have hot Giardiniera!!!!! With my husband being from Chicago, he's incredible judgy about his pizza, but we took the chance after a movie in LA and so happy we did. This was perfect. Owner was so awesome, from Chicago, and rightfully proud of their fresh ingredients and delicious food. The only negative is that we live so far away.
A+ experience and great service, deep dish was absolutely fire! Party of 8 first timers dropped in last night for a friend's birthday, we were greeted with warm garlic bread & cold water was provided throughout our visit (even the water was great!) We ordered 2 large deep dish (pepperoni & meat lovers) along with 20 piece wings, this was too much food for our party but we had leftovers & we weren't mad about it! Yep, 1 man show here absolutely killing it, we didn't wait longer than 30 mins for the pizza, the cheese pull was real! Too bad I have no videos to show, everything tasted fresh, the wings were crispy, the buffalo sauce was so good! Those garlic bread pieces were heavenly! There wasn't too much foot traffic but the phone kept ringing & the man operating the space seemed to have everything right on point. Would absolutely return, this is definitely some of the best deep dish I've had!
The deep dish pizza is delicious! First time trying it and I was hooked. It's so good! It's so rich the cheese oozes as you slice it. We had half pepperoni half sausage and both were fantastic. The crust was buttery and the sauce complements everything. There was only one person who takes the order and makes the pizza but he was awesome. Service was great. And the place is small but very cozy and more of a rock and roll vibe. All in all a great dining experience!
I know everyone comes here for the pizza, but order the wings and prepare yourself to obsessed with this perfectly cooked wings, never soggy at all, just the perfect amount of sauce. The service is great ! I'm pretty sure that there is literally only one guy running this place every day!
This is the ONLY Chicago style pizza that passes the test for me in all of Southern California. Better than Gino's, Rance's, Masa, Union, Patxi's in Santa Barbara (the LA location was straight garbage), Blackbird, Rosati's (my older brother lives near there), Uno when I lived in Maryland and traveled to a dozen states around from the Midwest to Northeast. You don't need to worry about lack of thickness and layers here, thick sauce in each layer, great toppings (I always get the Windy City, my friends sometimes get lesser topping ones), and they just hit. 2 slices gets you stuffed proper. I can't trust anywhere else after this place and I live an hour away and will make the drive every time I crave Chicago pizza. The owner serves you bread knots with sauce while you wait when dining inside, it's a smaller shop but nice interior. The right selection of bottled pops and drinks in the fridge. I get it, these pies take a while to make and they're fork and knife. It's worth it, don't come here if you're in a rush to pick pizza up for the family and only have 15 minutes. It's one of the best things (and open at night) in the area.
